Surfing a Cloud Wave

Sometimes we need to just admire the Moon and not over-analyse it. That’s what I’ll be doing this week. On Monday, I fly to JPL in the Los Angeles area for two events. On Tuesday we get the images from the latest Cassini radar flyby of Saturn’s moon Titan, and the rest of the week I’ll be at the American Astronomical Association’s Division of Planetary Science annual meeting, where we have a Cassini session on Thursday - I’m talking about a large volcanic province that we discovered on Titan near the north pole. While I’m away there will be some LPOD Greatest Hits, but Tuesday will have a new LPOD and there may be more if I have time.
