Gargantuan might be the best description for a lunar globe 25 m in diameter. Scientists from the German DLR Institute for Planetary Research printed out on fabric 53 giant lunar gores made from Clementine imagery and sewed them together into a sphere. This giant ballon was inflated and suspended inside a unused gas storage container 100 m high. The " rel="nofollow photos of the stages of construction and inflation show how huge a 25 m Moon is - in fact this is the size of a small Earth-approaching asteroid!
