44 years since we first went to the Moon. 41 years since we were last there. Reasons for celebration and unbelievable regret for what could
have and should have been.

In reviewing these past commemorations I am sorry to say there are more regrets than celebrations. The magnificance of the achievement will always be regarded as one of humanities finest hours.
