Early in a lunation we are treated to this feature spending several nights on or near the terminator. This large crater is a beautiful sight with it's large rimae criss-crossing and curving across the floor of [http://the-moon.wikispaces.com/Janssen Janssen]. Oddly enough I had never notice the mountains on the floor of [http://the-moon.wikispaces.com/Fabricius Fabricius] to the north, but then I've never had this kind of resolution on this area.<br />

Early in a lunation we are treated to this feature spending several nights on or near the terminator. This large crater is a beautiful sight with it's large rimae criss-crossing and curving across the floor of Janssen. Oddly enough I had never notice the mountains on the floor of Fabricius to the north, but then I've never had this kind of resolution on this area.

Technical Details
This time we have a single image, not a montage. It was the result of 600/3000 stacked images with AutoStakkert further processed with GIMP.
