Four in a Row
image by Tamas Ladanyi, Balatonboglar, Hungary. Saturn, Mars, Regulus and the crescent Moon in line over Lake Balaton and the volcanic hill of Badacsony.
The summer is a fine time to enjoy the sky. Nighttime temperatures are usually pleasant and the summer sky is full of bright stars, and right now, some bright planets. Add a crescent Moon and what more could you want? This is not the time to be reading LPODs, or writing them - let's go observe!
