Here is a unique image of Ptolemaeus and Albategnius. Usually Ptolemaeus is imaged with Alphonsus and Arzachel. There are also some other images of Ptolemaeus on this site too. On this image north is at the top with west on the right side: study. Both Ptolemaeus and Albategnius have dimples or saucers as pointed out in this LPOD of yesteryear.
