--Starsplitter (talk) 03:49, 6 February 2015 (PST) (from signature with time stamp. Second button from right on edit page.) Interesting image I've never tried to see features in the earth shine part of the Moon. I'll have to try that.- Ron

--Starsplitter (talk) 04:01, 6 February 2015 (PST)The signature/time thingy shows PST but I entered CST in preferences/appearance section. Ron

Chuck here: I tried using the comment form at the bottom of the LPOD but got a message that that LPOD was not accepting comments - don't know why - will ask Dave, the great programmer.

PS - You ought to look into the Earthshine - it is faint full Moon lighting. William Herschel observed Aristarchus in Earth shine and reported it as a volcanic eruption!

The server is in PST. So that explains where that came from. I agree, that using your preferred timezone would be better. I will see if I can find that later.

I changes the LocalSettings.php which seemed to allow comments again. Let me know if something weird happens.
